Two different stages of the build lifecycle of these future homes. The construction companies who built them specialize in varying different phases of the construction process. The 4 bedroom home was in it’s final stages, adding new floors, cabinets, sinks etc., punch list. The new ground construction was in the rough-in stages. Windows in only, no plumbing or electrical.
